A growing and extremely busy ENT practice is looking to hire for a variety of positions.   Positions include:

  • Lead Medical Assistant

 3-5 years professional experience as a Medical Assistant; individual must be capable of carrying out the duties of patient care in a Medical Assistant role including triage, vitals, prior authorizations, patient follow-up calls, medical records, and assist providers with procedures and assessments

  •  The individual must also be able to manage Medical Assistant team,  train new team members, assist Operations and Compliance Manager,  and prepare team schedules
  •  The Lead Medical Assistant should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  •  CT Technologist

3-5 years professional experience; individual must be ARRT (CT) certified by the State of Florida. This is a full-time position and individual must have the following qualifications:

  • Current State of Florida Licensure
  • Ability to assist in Medical Assistant duties such as but not limited to rooming patients, taking vitals, reconciliation of medication
  • Ability to use EHR
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff
  • Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives; and
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadline, and communicate effectively verbally and written

  •   Medical Assistants

3-5 years professional experience as a Medical Assistant; individual will identify and greet patients, escort patients to exam room, identify purpose of visit, prepare for exam, take vitals, and obtain other appropriate data as well as assist providers with other medical tasks.

  • Schedulers

3-5 years as a scheduling coordinator; individual will schedule patients’ appointments, make confirmation calls, obtain new patient referrals, and other supporting work involving patients care.

  • Front Office Support

2-3 years professional experience coordinating Front Desk activities; greeting patients; checking in/checking out patients; posting charges and properly allocation of payments to accounts; making sure that insurance information is correct and updated; scan in new patient paperwork, and ensuring all scans are done at end of day. 

  • Medical Biller

3-5 years professional experience; individual will review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain missing information; prepare, review, and transmit claims using billing software, including electronic and paper claim processing; obtain referrals and pre-authorizations as required for procedures; follow-up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe and check eligibility and benefit verification.

Individuals must have very good customer service and communication skills, detail oriented, good typist (40-50 wpm), good computer skills, familiar with EMR systems and able to travel to various locations.  Bi-lingual a plus.  Competitive salary plus benefits.
